Can I rent only a room?

No, we only offer entire homes.

 

Are room service and housekeeping included in the rent?

No. Cleaning services can be arranged at a fixed additional fee.

 

Will you arrange for transport/other services upon request?

No, we offer no additional services apart from responding to maintenance inquiries and issues.

 

Is it a peaceful neighbourhood?

Yes, despite being two streets away from 12th Main, Indiranagar’s most popular nightlife hotspot, our home is tucked away from the noise and ruckus in a tranquil location.

 

Do you have space for parking?

Yes, each home is allocated one car-parking space.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Guests are eligible for a full refund when canceling a reservation at least 2 days before check-in.

 

Can I invite guests to stay over?

No. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. Visitors must leave the premises before 9 PM.

 

How safe is the neighbourhood?

Indiranagar is home to many important citizens and is regularly patrolled by police. Also, your home is afforded 24 hr security to ensure complete safety.

 

Can I cook at home?

Both homes come with fully furnished kitchens and dining rooms. Groceries must be purchased by the guest.
